Homework Policy
Homework in Math or Language Arts is given when necessary to reinforce skills and concepts being taught in class and should be completed by your child. Please guide your child, but allow him or her to complete the work independently even if it is done incorrectly. This will allow me to check the work for student understanding. Spelling sentences should be written using inventive spelling and are not expected to be perfectly written. Homework is usually given Monday through Thursday and is due back at school the next day.
